In 2009, completed Graduate Specialization Studies in Public Administration Management at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Belgrade.
Holds a degree from the Faculty of Philosophy, Priština.
Mechanical Engineering High School graduated in 1974.
Received training in Strategic Management of Public Administration at the College of Management, CMPS London; EU Trainer – Institute for Political Studies, Berlin and College of Europe; College of Bruges – Diplomatic Academy with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Member of the Association of Professional and Scientific Translators of Serbia since 1980.
Work experience:
From October 2008 the Assistant Minister in the Ministry for Kosovo and Metohija, heading the Sector for International Relation and Cooperation with International Missions in Kosovo and Metohija.
Since 2001 employed in the public administration. Served two mandates as the Chief of Staff in the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Telecommunication and Information Society.
Head of the Division for Financial Issues, and a Coordinator of the public administration reform.
Representative of the Ministry of Telecommunication and Information Society in the Government Commission for the IPA program; Chairwoman of the Group for Annual Operational Plans (GOP) with the Ministry for Capital Investments; Deputy Project Head and Operational Manager, appointed by the Government.
1977-2001, Translator/Interpreter/Coordinator in various infrastructural facilities projects in the Middle East.
