Belgrade - Ministry for Kosovo and Metohija requests that the EULEX, UNMIK and KFOR clearly state how many years they need to shed light on at least one crime perpetrated against Serbs and what it is that holds them back and prevents them from doing so.

Sad and devastating is the fact that today, ten years after the death of 12 Serbs including a year old baby, in the place of Livadice near Merdare, when "Nis Express" bas ran into an explosive device on the road, perpetrators of that crime are still unknown. Unfortunately, the crime in Livadica is just one of many unresolved - murderers of harvesters in Staro Gracko, of the children in Goraždevac, of the Stolićes family in Obilić, have still not been identified, same as perpetrators and instigators of many other crimes committed against the Kosovo Serbs.

If no crime against the Serbs has been resolved in over a decade, then the international presence must clearly state what the problem is and where. Not only that, it has to remove all obstacles and create conditions and preconditions for these crimes to be resolved at long last. Serbia is not part of the problem here and is ready to help. Silence, shoulder -shrugging and offering pretexts such as lack of witnesses and evidence, only make room for doubt.

The only thing that lies beyond doubt is that all these crimes against Kosovo Serbs are ethnically motivated.
