Minister Bogdanović presented the children from Serbia, Republika Srpska and Serbian enclaves in Kosovo and Metohija with backpacks and school supplies, a gift from the Ministry for Kosovo and Metohija.
After the warm welcome by the Naša Srbija representatives and the children attending the School of Friendship, the children took the Minister on a tour of their workshops on education, entertainment and sport. They demonstrated to the Minister their newly acquired knowledge in ethnology, weaving, ecology, painting, sculpting, music, acting, journalism, computer science and sports.
Minister Bogdanović expressed his appreciation to all benefactors who helped the School of Friendship to be held for the ninth time. Special appreciation was acknowledged on behalf of children from the Serbian enclaves in Kosovo and Metohija who able to enjoy a pleasant and safe stay in nature, while socializing and learning with their peers.
Wishing that the new friends would pay the return visit to the children from Kosovo and Metohija, Minister Bogdanović emphasized that the Ministry would continue to demonstrate its support to endeavors such as this, welcoming all ideas aimed at a peaceful, safe childhood and securing resources for their education.
