Belgrade - Minister for Kosovo and Metohija Goran Bogdanovic met with the EU Deputy Director General for Enlargement Stefano Sannino.

In a friendly and frank discussion, Minister Bogdanovic introduced Mr. Stefano Sannino with Serbia's position on the issue of solving the problem of Kosovo and Metohija, as well as with the current situation in the province. Bogdanovic especially underlined that he expected the EU to maintain its status neutrality which fostered an atmosphere conducive to stability and dialogue in the first place.

Deputy Director General Sannino stressed the importance of constructive efforts in terms of euro integrations invested by Serbia at this complex moment in time, expressing hope that this orientation would continue in the future.
